Day 1: Casablanca Arrival - Rabat - Chefchaouen
Our Desert tour starts from your riad or hotel in Casablanca. The local driver from See Around Morocco , trusted travel company in Morocco will pick you and we we travel towards Fes.
After hotel pick up we visit the Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca, the third largest mosque in the world, short drive to Rabat for short city tour of Rabat including the Oudaya kasbah, Mohamed V mausoleum, Hassan tower. Your journey will take you to the wonderful blue city of Chefchaouen via the Rif Mountains where you will stay the evening. Overnight at your Riad.
Day 2: Chefchaouen - Volubilis - Meknes - Fes
This morning we discover medina of Chaouen, then we will continue to Volubilis, the ancient Roman city in Morocco. After, in Meknes you will visit the Gate of Bab al Mansour and continue to Fes. Overnight in the local riad.
Day 3: Fes City Guided Tour
You will spend the whole morning exploring the Medina and its alleys; visiting most of the sites with cultural and historical interest – including the famous Al Karaouine Mosque and University (the oldest one in the world), the Medrasa Bouanania, the Tanneries and the Najjarine fountain.
After lunch, we will drive you outside the Medina to see the Royal Palace gate, walk through the Jewish quarter “the Mellah”, and then visit the pottery workshop. In the afternoon, we will drive you to one of the fortresses to experience an amazing panoramic view of the whole Medina of Fes. Overnight at your Riad.
Day 4: Fes - Azrou - Midelt - Merzouga
We will pick you up from your hotel or Riad then drive south to Azrou via Ifrane(switzerland of morocco) and then to the Middle Atlas mountains stopping by cedar forest You will be able to take some fascinating photos with the Barbarian Apes we will continue the way through the Atlas Mountains enjoying the landscapes of Midelt
After lunch we’ll continue our journey through the Ziz Valley to Erfoud, Rissani and Merzouga.on our arrival there will be welcomed by a cup of tea. Enjoy camel trekking attending the sunset and spend the evening in a desert camp, enjoy a Moroccan dinner, listen to berber music, you can join by drumming and dancing. Overnight in a traditional Berber tent.
Day 5: Merzouga Desert - Todgha Gorges - Dades valley
We wake-up early to a spectacular sunrise in the desert. We ride camels and after breakfast we depart to Dades Gorges through many Berber villages. Visit and lunch in Todgha Gorges.
Afternoon continue to Dades Valley. Overnight at your Hotel in Dades Gorges with dinner.
Day 6: Dades valley - Rose valley - Ouarzazate - Marrakech
Today fter breakfast, you will have explore Dades valley then we will drive to Ouarzazate via the rose valley and we drive you to kasbah Ait Benhaddou, visit of this old berber village, where many movies filmed such as; The Mummy and Gladiator.
After lunch, you will continue on to Marrakech crossing the High Atlas Mountains through Tizi Ntichka pass. We arrive in Marrakech early evening. Overnight at your Riad.
Day 7: Marrakech City Guided Tour
Today you will enjoy a guided tour of Marrakech, the visit include the Saadian tombs, Bahia Palace, Koutoubia Minaret. Afternoon visit the best of Djemaa El Fna square. End of the tour in Marrakech or we transfer you to Casablanca.
